Been there, done that and got paid for 40 hours. Never was I so happy to be laid off.

It’s a little after 0600 and I’m just crawling into bed. I slept 12 hours yesterday and did my usual 1800/0300 shift. Getting over the flu and hope I can wake up at a reasonable time so I can get a few errands done before heading back to the office. But there’s hardly a better time of the day than the time between getting home from work and going to sleep. Watch a little TV, goof around on the computer and have a drink, about the only time it would be acceptable to be drinking at four in the morning...

Wow, I thought you worked as like a mortgage loan officer or something, I guess not.

Plenty of jobs out here, but you’d have to live in a very blue area ;)
